Delivery Information

All standard orders will incur a single P&P charge of £6.99. Surcharges may apply to outlying Scottish Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands. Surcharged postcodes include - but are not limited to - the following: AB, DD8-11, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-80, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE.

We are currently only able to deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

You may select a specific date or next day delivery at an enhanced rate. Orders for next day must be placed before 12 noon and next day selected on checkout. Not all days will be available as they are constrained by courier delivery schedules. We are not able to offer next day delivery to Postcode Surcharge areas mentioned above. For selected date deliveries, we aim to deliver on, or just before your specified date.

Bare root roses

Available between November and March, delivery will be approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of your order.

Potted roses

Available all year round, delivery will be approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of your order.

What to expect

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email within 24 hours of ordering. On dispatch you will receive a dispatch email with tracking details, so you know when to expect your parcel. The courier will not require a signature, but please make sure you leave details of a safe place to leave the parcel if you are likely to be out.

On the rare occasions things don't go entirely to plan with couriers, please let our Customer Services Team know by email on [email protected].

How our roses are supplied

Our roses are supplied as Garden Rose Plants, either bare rooted or potted into a 5L pot. They are not cut flowers but living rose plants and are suitable for planting either in pots or beds and borders in your garden making a perfect lasting gift.

Our roses are supplied all year round (subject to availability) and may not be in a flowering state depending on the time of order. Our roses are supplied trimmed back and ready for planting in the autumn/winter months. New growth will develop from spring and the flowering period should be from late spring and throughout summer depending on the variety selected.

Roses and the Seasons - what to expect

The amount of growth on Potted roses will vary at different times of year, depending on when they are potted.

Pot grown roses will be Fresh potted from November to February, so are not fully rooted through.

They will have new shoots beginning in March and April.

They will be in leaf and then buds May and June.

They will be in flower in June. In July, those that have already flowered may be deadheaded prior to delivery.

From August onwards they may be trimmed back, ready to plant and burst back into life the next season.

From the end of September your rose has received its trim which will help it to have stronger roots and better form next year.
