Description
Part of the Jane Austen Collection, 'Sense and Sensibility' is an elegant climbing rose that would look delightful in any garden. This joyous climbing rose is most definitely a people pleaser.
The spring green colour of the small, densely packed leaves create a fresh, clean and vibrant backdrop to the tiny, but perfectly formed, blush pink buds that appear in their droves. The succession of flowers seemingly never end, as this zealous rose produces wave after wave of blooms.
Buds open to reveal pearly white coloured flowers packed with petals, giving the appearance of countless little pom poms dancing around on the breeze. The sheer quantity of flowers makes this rose a magnet for pollinating insects, with their presence on and around the plant only adding to the visual experience.
This beautiful rose would be happy scrambling up a fence, or planted at the front of a house. Alternatively, plant in a large container and allow it to cover an obelisk for a free standing, structural feature.
£2.50 from the sale of each rose goes to Jane Austen’s House. Charity No 1156458
Supplied freshly in a 3L pot, ready to be planted out. Please note at certain times of the year this variety may be supplied in a 4L pot.
We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months. Do not worry though, as they will flourish once again with leaves and buds in the spring. Please, make sure you consider the season when purchasing our remarkable roses for yourself or loved ones.
