A rose with a purpose - Rose 'WellFound' delivers not just show-stopping garden colour and fragrance, but real-world impact too. Every glorious bloom helps fund life-changing clean water projects in remote villages of West Africa, with £2.50 from every sale donated directly to WellFound charity.
And what a rose it is!
Exquisitely formed flowers emerge in flushes from summer into autumn, shimmering in shades of cream, soft apricot and golden honey, set against glossy, dark-green foliage. Each flower carries a classic Hybrid Tea fragrance - rich, warm and nostalgic - the kind of scent that truly stops you in your tracks.
This is a superb variety for sunny borders, rose beds, or large patio containers where you can enjoy the scent up close. It's reliable, repeat-flowering and a joy to grow, with strong, upright stems that are ideal for cutting too.
We are proud to donate £2.50 from every sale to WellFound (registered charity no. 110434). This is a water aid charity focussed on work in remote villages of West Africa, having worked over the years in Senegal, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau and Kenya.
Supplied freshly in a 3 litre pot, ready to be planted out. Please note at certain times of the year this variety may be supplied in a 4 litre pot.
We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months. Do not worry though, as they will flourish once again with leaves and buds in the spring. Please, make sure you consider the season when purchasing our remarkable roses for yourself or loved ones.
